Restroom Renovation Project

 

The restroom at Riverside Park, closed for a decade or more, has been renovated, thanks to grants from the Community Foundation and the New London Water Authority Foundation. The restoration plan included repairing the building;, replacing the roof, windows, doors, and locks; repainting inside and out; installing new, water-saving fixtures; improving accessibility, and landscaping around the building. The restroom is maintained in partnership with the city, and open seasonally for public use.
